WOW! What a great trip! I really enjoyed my time this year getting to know all of my students in a new setting and learning to face my fears and challenge my self in new ways. I also really like the opportunity each year to meet the educators and other staff at NorthBay. The lessons were great (as always) and the NorthBay message of being a filter and getting rid of invasives in your life is so important. I hope that this is a message that we can carry through the rest of our lives.

my favorite moment was when i did the talent show. it was embarrassing but that song is awesome. I'm a cat,I'm a kittycat. And I dance,dance,dance,and I dance,dance,dance. lolz. I will always remember being sooo nervous about doing that song.NorthBay will affect me and helped me be a better person. Oh,I may also remember when Aaliyah W,freaked when she saw a cricket!HEhehe!
My favorite moment at North Bay was going on the zip-line, at first it was really scary on the tower but, it was so much fun going down! North Bay was awesome:)
My favorite moment was when i did the rope course it may of went high but it was still kind of scary but kind of fun if you did not fall off of it thank goodness i didn't but it was really fun. its to bad that some of my friends did not do that because they really missed out on it.
My favorite moment was when I did the talent show .What I Did was dance while other students were singing Jesus Take The Wheel .And Sydney and I were dancing in the back where everybody would see us.Then i was supposed to go with Aaliyah Williams and sing but I did not want to . And also I remember when there was a spider in our cabin and everybody was not scared but I was .And Aaliyah was also scared when she saw a cricket.

My favorite moment was when I did the zip line. I asked my self a lot of different questions. one of those questions was "what have I got my self into.
my favorite part at north bay was the talent show, and zip line,because they were all fun and scary but the most thing i like about it was the zip line it went fast and it was fun .the talent show was funny. i will always remember those times because it help me face my fears even though i was nervous but i still tried it out and i will be back for the summer LOL:)

I did not get to go to north bay because i was not feeling to well but i really wish i could have been there i know i would have had a lot of fun. i really wish i could have gone and done all the acttivitys and met all the teachers at north bay

My favorite moment was the zip line. I always wanted to go on one and i did. It was very fun. A lot of people were scared to get on but I wasn't. I liked the rope course and the swing also. Beside all that i liked North Bay Live. It was fun and serious. North Bay was fun anyway.

Mr.Honor, I had a lot of fun being a table runner and hanging out with my friends.I did the zip-line I was scared but I still gave it a try. I also did the ropes course I was also scared on that but I still did it! I asked my Dad if he could fill out a summer form so I could go in the summer. I had fun on the giant swing but I was not very scared.

my favirote part of northbay is when i did the zip line because it was scary over but it was so much fun going down
I will remember the zip line the most because how afraid I was. I thought the harness was going to break and I would be done for. when I did it though I did not feel scared I was having a blast!!! I will also remember the talent show. I was so nervous to sing the"kitty cat song" and do the dance to it. when I did it I did not feel nervous any more and I think people liked it.
My favorite moments were doing the zip chord.It was scary at first then it was okay.I also liked the big swing it wasn't all that scary well a little most when we took off.But the scariest part was the ropes course because the log thing was moving and the bridge was broken.
My best moment that i will remember is ms.Daksha helping me face my fears on the ropes coarse.Also i liked the end of northbay.

I really cant think of the best moment because it was all great and new for me. I am super proud of my friends doing things I would never imagine them doing. watching them face their fears made me feel like i know them better. I had a great time trying the zip line myself. It was going down the zipline because when you go down you can see the whole entire campus there food was awesome.I will talk about NorthBay for a whale.It teach me how to respect the enviorment.
My favorite moment was when I got to go down the zip line and i got to go first and i also liked the talent show and the last day at north bay live it was exciting and sad that we had to leave and i never got to touch the brick that made me mad but it was all worth it when, i got back from north bay i told them that i would change because ms.Nieema made us promious that we would help out and i did i by picking up trash around the comunity and not wasting so much food and we started a compost pile.
Going on the giant swing, the rock climbing wall, and getting a new nick name. I will always remember and talk about the help that the giant swing gave me. North Bay affected me by getting rid of half of my fear of heights.

My favorite moment was the zip line.I thought it was very exciting.This would me my best school memory.The zip line was very scary at first,but I still didn't do it NORTHBAY WAS VERY EXCITING.
I will remember my counselor josh and Steve and my educator NorthBay help me face my fears and force me to go on the zip line and go on the giant swing and go on the night hike and do the ropes course. hey whats up Mr.honer my favorite moment during the NorthBay week was having fun with all of my friends and family i will remember that i had no fears there i did what ever it takes 2 challenge myself and i will talk about how much i had fun doing the zip line,the ropes course, and the swing everyone thought that i was scared and i was crying but i was not i was laughing the whole time and i will also talk about the teachers that was there they looked like they had some good times and they also liked to help the people that was there a lot it changed me a lot i came happy and left excited i had a very great time
What I will remember is getting over your fears are not so bad.The thing that I thought was fun was the zipline.
I will remember northbay live and the wonderful shows like toobie and on the streets.I also wont to thank josh and markise for a GREAT TIME.

My most favorite thing to do at north bay was the zip- line,and getting ice cream. North bay has changed me by facing my fears of being high up in the air. I will always remember the talent show of me singing Jesus take the weel.

NORTH BAY WAS AWESOME! My favorite time at North Bay was when I went down the sip line. It was scary to be up so high and to walk the building,but it was SO FUN! At north bay I conquered my fear of heights.

I have to say, the talent show.It was fun and scary getting up on stage and singing in front of all the teachers and students.OMG!How NOT to wast a lot of food cause, if you are half way full and you have a big plate of food in front of you, and if you only take 1/2 of the food, you are just wasting either your own money or you are wasting someone's else's money.Also I would try my best not to wast my mommy's food and money.YOU ROCK MR. It would have to be the talent show.I loved doing the most anoying sound in the world XD haha.also the zipline I over came my fear and went down the line it really hurts at the end,but if your a guy it hurts really bad XD!!!!!!!
North Bay was fun I like the staff and the music and I also like the activity's. My favorite part is the zip-line it was fun first I was scared and I face my fear.
My favorite part was when we went out and looked for different types of fungus!Also getting to know the people in our cabin (though most of them I already knew!) Also when I had to clean 3 potties hehe, not! Northbay was a wonderful experience for me and EVERYONE that went!! :D

I loved Northbay! It was awesome! I think my favorite moment of the week was when my class went down the zip line, I was totally scared when I looked down at the view from the tower,I was totally freaked! I will always remember when the ropes course instructor Mr.P tried to shake off all the chaperones including Mr.Honer, it was crazy! I used to think I wold never do things like the zip line or the ropes course but I realized I'm braver than I thought! I also loved the "Kitty Cats" song at the talent show!

It is so hard to pick just one! What a great trip! I loved learning about the trees and vultures (even though the vomit smelled DISGUSTING!!). I also loved watching students face their fears right in the eye and do the ropes course, zip line and swing! I didn't so much like when the mean, mean, mean North Bay counselor shook the ropes while I was trying to get through the course...what a punk!! I had a blast spending time with the sixth graders and getting to know them even better! You made us proud sixth grade!

Guys, I had a lot of fun hangin' with you and showing you NorthBay. There was so much more to experience - I wish we had another week.
As you continue, think about our discussions on facing issues/problems in your life. If you have a defined strategy on how to face a problem, you will greatly increase your chances of success in resolving it (or at least improving the situation).
Enjoy the rest of your Science year with Mr. Honer. He not only is a great teacher, but he ROX. I will be checking in from time to time and see how you are doing.
I just wanted to say how much fun I had with my class last week. I hope that you all had a good time at NorthBay. I promised Kierra that I will visit your school, so i just want to let her know that we are working on that :) Don't forget that you all can make a difference in your environment and your lives :)

North Bay was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I got to witness my daughter facing her fears and accomplishing so many goals. I was so very proud of her! I even faced my own fear on the big swing (and screamed the entire time). The educational experiences were also very memorable. We were so lucky to have Daksha as our educator. I learned a lot about about being a good filter. One last memory - on the ropes course Plisken is evil (Ms. Handte knows what I'm talking about).
All the activities were really fun and Ms. Daksha was awesome. Please, please, please come visit our school!!!!! My favorite class was the wetlands and my favorite adventure activity was the zipline. And the food was really good too!
I definitely enjoyed my class from Colonel Richardson. Levi, Jonathan, Austin aka Cowboy, Nick, Dylan, Caleb, Josh, Justin and the rest of the fellas were great! I hope you learned something worth while. Remember those skits and apply it to ur life. Mr H, and Mr. Honer you guys are what these students need!! Hope to see you guys soon!!

My favorite moment(s) at North Bay was watching Cody and Brunelle tackle the zip line. They both went down at the same time. Then they conquered the ropes course without falling. If they were scared, they sure did not show it. I almost forgot their handling of the kayak our first day there. They looked like pros out on the bay.
One moment amazed me and that was watching Justin drink the pitcher of mixed liquids in 30 seconds. All submarine sailors would be proud of you!

My favorite moment was when I did the zipline.I will not forget about when I faced my fears, I did the zipline,the ropes course, the swing,the rock climbing wall and the talent show. Northbay affected my life by showing me things that could make our environment better.
I feel so blessed being able to accompany my daughter on the trip, and watching her have so much fun, also i really enjoyed being a chaperone, the boys in my group were all special in their own way and i miss them all.
